How to get a better reply
- Paste the whole review. The reply picks up specific details, so the more the customer wrote, the more specific it gets.
- Get the stars right. A 3-star review with a complaint gets a different reply than a 5-star thank-you.
- Choose your type of business. Dental replies stay HIPAA-safe, auto shop replies don't admit fault in public, restaurant replies take allergy concerns seriously.
- Add the fix you can stand behind. If you're offering a refund or a redo, add it yourself. The generator won't promise things on your behalf.

Read it first. It's written to be ready to post, but you know things the review doesn't, like whether the problem is already fixed. Edit anything that isn't right.
What about dental and medical practices?
Choose Dental office. Replies are then written to leave out anything that confirms the reviewer is a patient, like their visit or treatment. As with any reply, read it before you post it.
Do you keep the reviews I paste?
No. The text is sent to our AI provider to write the reply and isn't stored. We keep a hashed record of your IP address for 2 days to enforce the daily limit.
