LocalReply AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the LocalReply AI Chrome Extension and the website localreplyai.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

a) Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google OAuth. This is used solely to create and manage your account.

b) Review Content

When you click "Generate Reply" on a review, the extension reads the review text, reviewer name, and star rating from the current page. This content is sent to our server to generate an AI reply. We store the review text and generated reply in your reply history so you can access it later.

c) Business Settings

You may provide your business name, industry type, preferred tone, and reply length. These are stored locally in the browser extension and synced to our server to personalize your replies.

d) Usage Data

We track the number of replies generated per month to enforce plan limits. We also collect anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) via PostHog to improve the product.

e) Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We only receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• To generate AI-powered review replies based on the review content you provide
• To track your monthly usage and enforce plan limits
• To improve our product through anonymous, aggregated analytics

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following service providers who are necessary to operate the product:

• Anthropic — Review text is sent to the Claude API to generate replies. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training.
• Supabase — Hosts our database and authentication system.
• Stripe — Processes subscription payments.
• Vercel — Hosts our website and API.
• PostHog — Anonymous product analytics.

4. Data Retention

Your account data and reply history are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:
